What type of startups is it aimed at?
- Be a Deep Tech startup or technological startup with disruptive innovation in the market or sector.
- Deep Tech Startups: companies based on advanced technologies derived from scientific and technological research with a high innovation component.
- Technological startups with disruptive innovation: projects that introduce radically new technologies that redefine markets or business models with the ability to scale quickly and generate global impact.
- Of new creation and at most 5 years since the beginning of its activity.
- At the time of installation in the Startup Lab, more than 50% of the share capital is promoted to natural persons, who in turn, mostly work in the company. The participation of Venture Capital entities or Business Angels is excluded from this consideration.
- They have a viable business project.
- They develop a legal and ethical activity, suitable to the infrastructural and logistical characteristics of the space and which do not represent any environmental or social danger.
- They respond to needs insufficiently covered in the market and that provide a differential value.
- During the stay in the Startup Lab have a tax domicile in the city of Barcelona.
