What is the programme about?

What does the program include? 

-         Group activities such as required and optional pieces of training, workshops, and other collective spaces. Specific itineraries allow participants to choose the most useful one considering their project’s challenges. Definition of business model, marketing, internal management, and team management, among others.

-         Group support for all participants together and individualised socio-business support based on the social and impact economy. At the start of the programme, an assessment is carried out to identify the challenges of each project and set out the best path forward for each situation. The support is provided by experts in each field. This year, the hours of individualised support will be intensified and increased, in addition to the new group support sessions. 

The program focuses on the practical implementation of the concepts learnt and encourages exchanging experiences and group work among participants. In addition, the gender perspective is integrated across the entire program.
