HOW TO TAKE CARE OF COMMUNICATION IN THE WORKPLACE: Feedback

It is a cycle of two training and dynamic sessions (and hours of advice for incubates) to improve external and internal communication: relationships with your team and with collaborators, as well as with customers and suppliers. These sessions will provide practical tools to improve interpersonal relationships, the way we communicate in all directions and how we apply them in our day-to-day work to avoid possible conflicts and misunderstandings.

Specific goals | Temary

This 3-hour session will be given by Anahi Sarasola where it will be explained how to give and receive feedback taking care of our work environment.

- Understand what feedback is and what its purpose is

- Differentiate between positive feedback and negative feedback

- Learn to express clearly what we want to call

- To welcome with empathy the person who receives the feedback

- Be open to receiving feedback from other people

- Practical examples of how to give and receive feedback, and not generate a conflict
