MEANINGFUL NAME: The name by which transsexual, transgender and intersex people identify themselves, different to the name they were given at birth and which appears on their official identification documentation. In accordance with Act 11/2014, of 10 October, on guaranteeing the rights of lesbians, gays, bisexuals, transgender and intersex people, and the eradication of homophobia, biphobia and transphobia, the inclusion of the meaningful name helps with the free development of people's gender identity and means they can be addressed in accordance with the name and gender they identify with.

Barcelona Activa reserves the right to decide which is the most suitable incubator for this project.
