The great tips for an enterprising journey

In this episode of compilation, we remember that:

  • If we want to be an enterprising society, we have to normalise mistakes. Mistakes tend to be part of success. Mistakes have a pedagogical dimension, it is when you make a mistake that you really understand something.

  • Leadership in the 21st century requires flexibility, adaptation to change and understanding of new work cultures.

  • Diversity is key to entrepreneurship. The more diverse the teams, the better.

  • To compete against giants, you need big differences.

  • In order to entrepeneur with values, we need to have a double perspective. On the one hand, the business, and on the other, society.

  • Barcelona is in a good time to attract investment. Investors are paying a lot of attention to the products that are emerging in the city.
