A practical workshop for self-employed women who want to prepare next year's roadmap and objectives with clarity and confidence. You will learn how to define the operational and financial strategy of your project, set realistic and measurable goals, and create KPIs that will help you monitor it and ensure its success.
Contents:
Session 1 - 02/11/2026 from 15:30 to 18:30h - Define and quantify the planned activity and the assumptions that support it.
Session 2 - 09/11/2026 from 15:30 to 18:30h - Translate and interpret the planned activity into a basic economic-financial model.
Session 3 - 16/11/2026 from 15:30 to 18:30h - Assess feasibility, identify risks and define decisions and next steps.
At the end of the workshop each participant will have:
¿ Analysis report with scenarios (optimistic/realistic/conservative), risks, levers and first decisions.
¿ Basic economic-financial model (income, variable and fixed costs, margins, simplified Profit and Loss Account and treasury plan).
¿ 3-year activity forecast sheet (units/services, prices, sales/customer rate, capacity and monthly/quarterly schedule).
