How much do we sell and with what margin? The sales plan of our SSE project
Is your entrepreneurship project economically sustainable? Do you know how much money you need and for what? In this practical training, tools will be taught to calculate the costs of products or services, as well as the price that best suits the reality of the market. Through theoretical content, practical examples that complement it and the experiences shared between the participants, the necessary knowledge will be acquired to draw up a sales plan, estimate the break-even point and the unit margin of your project.
This activity is especially focused on those entrepreneurs with individual or collective projects in the initial phase, who want to learn how to develop a business plan and are at the time of designing the sales plan.
General objectives of the activity:
-Know the types of costs and scandals.
-Make a reasonable sales plan, estimating sales prices and unit margins.
Specific objectives of the activity:
-Draw up a map of direct and indirect costs of the organisation's activity.
-Know what a scandal is, what it is for and how it is made.
-Define the unit of sale and estimate its price, based on market and organization limits.
-Calculate direct and total unit margins.
-Build the sales plan collectively.

-Types of direct and indirect costs of a given activity.
-Definition and construction of a scandal.
-Identification of the sales unit and its price.
-Estimation of the equilibrium point.
-Calculation of unit margins.
-Construction of a sales plan.
This activity is carried out in two types of format: face-to-face session or virtual session. Check the type of each session and the details in the website calendar.
The activity will be carried out in the language indicated for each session.
