Leadership in Technology: Women Thriving with Purpose in Times of Change. 

International Women's Day 2026 is a collective event organized by Cercle Black Women Lean In, European Women Payments Network (EWPN), City Girls and the author Agnieszka Wolinska.
The day will begin with a round table made up of women who will reflect on technological leadership in a context of constant change. This will be followed by the presentation of the book "The Happiness Mindset: Lead with Purpose and Joy in a Changing World", which offers a renewed perspective on how to lead with purpose.

After the presentation, a practical workshop will take place focused on how to apply leadership with purpose in everyday life.

The event will conclude with a networking space to promote connection and exchange between attendees.

Conversation with the author, Agnieszka Wolinska, on purpose, well-being and conscious leadership, moderated by Fernanda Grace.
7:00 p.m. - Workshop: How to lead with purpose
Practical session to integrate purpose, clarity and well-being into daily leadership.
