First Steps to set up your business
In this interactive workshop we will work on the most basic and important aspects to take into account when starting an entrepreneurial project. We will work dynamically to help entrepreneurs take the first steps to create the appropriate structure to design the project and guide it to develop those key areas. Single session: 1 session of 4 hours.
People who have a business idea, but don't know where to start and want to have a first contact with entrepreneurship
Do you have an idea and don't know how to carry it out? Have you realized that you want or need to start a business and you don't yet have the initial idea and don't know where to start?
Starting an entrepreneurial project from scratch has little similarity with the activity that once the project is built, it is carried out. In the beginning there are many doubts and many unknowns and we don't often know very well where to start.
Having a method will help us conquer the objectives. To undertake, the best plan is to have a good roadmap.
Objectives of the activity:
Discover your own potential. What is the value I bring to the project. Discover what your hidden talents or abilities may be.
Know the difference between a business idea, a value proposition, a product or service and a business model.
Identify the reasons for buying from future customers and then design the product or service with the appropriate characteristics.
Visualize the ideal path to follow until launch.

Aquestes activitats es realitzen en català, excepte en casos particulars i a no ser que la majoria de les persones assistents sol·licitin que es facin en castellà.
