This workshop aims to deepen the consolidation and improvement of marketing knowledge for those entrepreneurs and initiatives who want to know and use customer relations management systems or Customer Relationship Management. From the system point of view both to optimise the commercial opportunities of the company and from the more philosophical point of view of putting the customer at the centre of the organisation's operations, this workshop offers knowledge about the marketing process of companies according to their business models, product typology, frequency of purchase and other parameters, metrics and sales-related indicators, commercial activity of recruitment, conversion and customer loyalty. This workshop responds to the need to know the tools for assessing different types of CRM and their suitability to various types of business.

General objectives of the activity:
- Know how to improve the marketing strategies of the company or project
- Provide tools to entrepreneurs and companies to evaluate strategic marketing actions in their projects.
- Contribute to the management and strengthening of companies to guarantee their viability and resilience in the face of a constantly changing market.
- Consolidate the analytical capacity of entrepreneurial people, companies and entities.

Specific objectives of the activity:
- Know the usefulness of tools to monitor and measure commercial and marketing actions
- Learn the concept behind each performance indicator and be able to choose the most suitable ones in each case according to relevant criteria for the project or company.
- Train in the use of CRM as a tool to record, evaluate and improve commercial and product/service promotion campaigns.
- Know the analyzes that can be done with existing applications through the generation of customized reports.

COMPLETE SYLLABUS

1- Definition of CRM. What are they and what are their uses for the company, project.
2- Presentation of different CRM platforms and applications integrated in e.commerce..
3- Identification of the main measurement and control criteria, description of the KPIs for digital and physical marketing.
4- Practical exercise to determine understanding of the different metrics and indicators and their practical application.

To access te sessions in our facilities will be necessary to bring the DNI or NIE.

The activity will be carried out in the language indicated for each session and will not be changed.

Those who arrive more than 15 minutes late will not be allowed access to the classroom.
