Nuwe is a gamified platform to recruit and retain programmers in large companies and corporations through challenges and competitions. Candidates, on one hand, demonstrate their talent and improve their skills through challenges that simulate the day-to-day activities of the companies. On the other hand, companies can attract a large number of programmers, hire the best ones thanks to the parameterisation of their skills and the ranking that comes out of the challenges, and improve their connection with the technological community by offering didactic and developer-oriented recruitment and onboarding processes.
