What We Do: Sensitization: Various actions tailored to the needs of the target audience, such as workshops, interventions in public spaces, talks, meeting spaces, etc. Training: Transmitting content and tools to understand and manage diversity broadly, through various training modalities and innovative methodologies. Consultancy: Designing, executing, or evaluating actions, projects, programs, or plans related to diversity in different territorial or institutional contexts. Applied Research: Designing and conducting studies from an interdisciplinary approach and qualitative methodologies, to translate them into intervention projects and/or programs. Community Action: In this line of action, we highlight the "Vincles per la diversitat" project to encourage interpersonal contact between diverse individuals; the "Derechos en Acción" Service-Learning project, and the tertulias "Living adoption in adolescence."
